My name is Gareth, and I am the founder of I-Therapy. A specialised online counselling service designed to break down barriers for people engaging in therapy.It is my absolute passion and privilege working with people throughout all walks of life and playing a part to improve their mental wellness.I-Therapy is a mental wellness practice that is designed specifically to help people through some of the most challenging times that life can throw at us.

How does I-Therapy work?
At I-Therapy, there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. We draw from a mix of psychology, counselling, holistic wellbeing, and life coaching techniques, tailored to suit you and your unique situation.

Whether you’re juggling work, family, or just a full schedule, we aim to be as flexible as possible. Appointments are available during the day and into the evenings, so you can find a time that works.

From the first conversation, you’ll experience a friendly, confidential, and non-judgemental space. If you would like to know more, it can start with a free phone consultation, a relaxed chat where we’ll talk about what’s brought you here, what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, and answer any questions you might have.
We’ll also look at the options available, whether you’re after something short-term and results-focused, or something deeper and ongoing. If it’s going to be helpful, we’ll move forward. If not, that’s totally okay too.
